I have no idea why this may happen, a metaverse character and starting the game as a metaverse game is all you need to do. Of course I am assuming that you are connected to the internet and there's nothing wrong with your connection.

I have had the submission not go though for no real apparent reason. In these cases you can simply reload the EndGame.sav file that's automatically created when you end the game (hence the name ). Once loaded just hit end turn and you should go through the submission process again.

I've actually had to attempt this up to three times on occasion before it's worked. If this doesn't work for you then you should probably put in a request for support at support@stardock.com.
