DA crashes in Govenors Screen

When I go to the Governors screen and click on Starship Rally Point the game locks up. The other buttons on this screen seem to still function. Thoughts?

Please install 'SmartException' from the free stuff section in Stardock Central. Make sure that SE is running and start your game as normal. If the game crashes it will generate an exception report that can be emailed to gc2bugs@stardock.com.

Include with the email a description of what you were doing at the time, how to reproduce the crash if possible, a zipped save if applicable when you send an SE log to gc2bugs, and the appropriate debug.err file for DL or DA. The devs cannot help if you do not provide these details!

If SE does not automatically pop up and prompt you to send the report when the game crashes, you can find it at C:\Program Files\Stardock\SmartException (it will be the newest file with a .CRA extension).

I did as you asked. I downloaded SE and made sure it was running. I started the game as per normal. After the game loads, I click on civilization manager... click on the governors tab... then I click on starship rally points and the game locks up. I can click on any other tab within the governors screen and things behave as they should, but when I click on the starship rally point tab it highlights and whatever I had click on previously also remains highlighted. The music continues to play, but the game is frozen. I have to control/alt/delete to exit (alt/tab doesn't work) and occansionally I have to power down because control/alt/delete doesn't work either.

Further, SE doesn't notify me, so I look in program files\stardock\smartexception and there is no file with a CRA extension.

Not sure what I should do next.

In that case, just contact gc2bugs@stardock.com with your debug.err and description of the issue and how to make it happen. If it occurs for the devs as well then they may still be able to investigate it.

The exact same thing happens to me. I'm sending a debug.err file, too, in case it helps.
