Invisible ships again...

My invisible ships stay invisible, and then there is still the problem with the weapons on the ships, the semi-invisible ships and the missing debug.

4) And this is even worse than the invisible ships: My debug has gone, there is just the DL debug, but no DA debug! What can I do? I know the debug was there before 1.8a.


DA's debug was moved to My Documents\My Games\GC2DarkAvatar in 1.7. Best bet at this point would be to grab the debug and contact support as advised by Seabass.

Thanks, now I found the debug (I have to be stupid).

I sent the debug(inclusive save game) to support@stardock.com.

And I post the debug here (just in case somebody is interested). I think the lines concerning Kryos Mod are quite interesting. What do they mean?

Ok, sorry for that. If you want you could also edit my previous posts, it's quite hard to scroll down because of all the debugs. And the debugs are not important any more.

Any proceedings? I don't want to be impolite, but I really would like to know why there are invisible ships. I'm sure you will solve the problem .

Edit: Remember me saying I don't know whether I'll buy TA or not (if not, scroll up a view replies)? Now I know it, cause I already pre-ordered it. I'm sure know it was no mistake to buy it, cause you will do everything to make the game work. I just can't wait for TA anymore .

A week has passed now since I sent in the debug. I'm not complaining, I'm just surprised cause I'm used to unbelievable fast support from stardock.

If support had to forward it to Cari, it probably went into the bug tracker to be worked on when there's an opportunity, though I'd think you'd at least get a note to that effect. If you're using your hotmail that could also be the problem, as they've historically failed to deliver emails from us. Either way, if you post your ticket ID I can have support check on it.

I havn't received a mail by now, so if the ticket ID is the number in the mail I should have got from support@stardock.com I can't post it.
I thought something must have went wrong, cause 1 week is unusual for stardock, although it would be okay, cause you are working on TA at the moment.
But I'm glad you are trying to help me kryo .

Yeah, you should have gotten an autoresponse at least giving you a ticket ID. If you didn't then hotmail is probably eating our replies.

I hope I will receive the mail with the TA serial-number .
Should I make a new email-adress? And if yes where (cause I don't want to make a new one just to see that it also doesn't work)?
What exactly should I do now?

As far as freebie emails go, Gmail should work as well as anything.

Once you have a new email address you can change the one on your account via the My Account link at the top of the forum if you like. Though if you also have a TA preorder, you may want to wait to do that until the preorders get processed before changing emails (if you used the hotmail to order it) because otherwise you'll have to also have support merge the accounts.

Even if you miss the initial TA email, once the serial is on your account you can change the email address then request a list of serials via SDC or at support.stardock.com.



In any case, I had support look for any tickets opened under your email address, and they couldn't find anything at all. So you may need to resend once you have a new one.

Ok, I made a new adress and sent the same mail again (with a link to this topic).
I think I will get the TA serial, cause I got every mail from sales@stardock.com so far(in contrast to support@stardock.com).

Argh!
I just got a confusing mail from gmail, it told me it wasn't able to send the mail to support@stardock.com!
I will try it with yahoo.

I tried it with yahoo, and it seems to work. Although I havn't got an answer so far, but only some hours have past. I would really like to know if you received my mail, the adress is stefan.stardock"at"yahoo.com.

Edit: Unfortunately both, gmail and yahoo, don't work.
