Ireland is already in and Scotland and Wales, not being sovereign nations, are covered by the UK. I may include some flags, though.

Edit...

Their not independant today, but this is the future, and the UK is unlikely to exist in 30 years, if not less.

Though having a flag in there would be good, it gives us downtrodden the chance to shine
