I purchased DA on Feb 9, I used the offline activation to play the game on a non internet PC. I haven`t been able to activate the game on my online PC since. I have contacted support@stardock.com many times. All I get are canned email responses that do not solve anything. I reply to these emails clearly stating that the problem is still there, Only to receive the same canned response again. The new serial number I was just sent also is of no use. The reason I`m posting this is it seems to be the only way to get a real response from this company.
