Already sent in the save file on this, but I thought I'd check to see if anyone else has experienced this. When playing as the Drath to try out the Super Manipulator ability I saw that I had lost the colony race, so I rushed for Planetary Invasion to jack some planets from my closest neighbors, the Korx. Before my ships were in position, and before I had declared war, the Altarians declared that they were "joining the war on my side." They didn't actually do anything after declaring war, and I ended up taking out the Korx all by my lonesome, but over the next 30-40 turns virtually every Good and Neutral civilization declared war on an Evil civilization on my behalf, claiming that they were joining the war on my side, even though I hadn't gone to war with (or in some cases even met) the Evil race in question.

Has anyone else seen this?
