Item Values - Balancing

Do you want any 'strange' values reported for items or they all going to be swept up anyway when you balance it for Beta 1A ?

eg build Enhanced Factory reported as 7 turns, Ungrade Factory to Enhanced Factory also reported as 7 turns, when you would expect a small turn value for an upgrade.

Beta 1 is full of placeholder stats, from what Stardock have said they aren't looking for balancing issues in this build. Maybe next build?

This is a 'Does it work?' beta. About the only balancing that is really sought after is the super abilities (I would assume).
