Greetings All,

As many of you have read, the Empire is under new management if you will   and it would seem that the old emperor was not pleased with some of the changes that have occurred in the game. I have been a fan of the metaverse and the Galactic Empire for some time and consider myself fortunate to have been given this opportunity by the Lord Reaper. He lead one heck on an empire and as far as I'm concerned I'm just keeping the throne warm until he returns.

That said we have some groung to recover. We have both challenges and opportunities. The way I see it the Overmind has gone senile so we have chace to move forward but the High Command has come out of no where and it's time somebody gave them a run for their money. As far as that goes, who's settling for #3. I'm putting the BC's and the Dipo's on notice that's we're back and we're coming for them.

The Empire is open for business once again. Let's start off by burning the Browncoats to the ground. Who's with me?

Welcome new leader. It seems I've been absent for a little while and have missed the leaving of yet another emperor of the Galactic Empire. I bid farewell to the old and fond welcome welcome the new. I'm not sure how many of use are still left around here though. Lets liven this place up a bit shall we? The halls here on Korriban could use a good sweeping to... Anyway I have a few things to take care of in boring old reality before I can start putting any more real time back into GCII. By the end of next week though I should be ready and raring to go. Long live the Galacitc Empire! We'll show those Browncoats what for.

I don't know if can be useful but i think it will be a good start to understand how many people in the empire is still active... I still am also if lately i haven't post anything!

Is this empire still "alive"? I really start to feel alone!

The Orca's, the Diplomats, the High Command Hegemony and the Arrakis Imperium all are currently active. There may be others as well. I'm sure any of these would welcome a new member.

Since I'm a member of the Diplomat's that would be my personal choice, but as either a new compatriot or competitor you'd be welcome.

BTW I'm trying to set up a representative metaverse council to help increase interest and participation in the metaverse.

If there really are active members of the Galactic Empire then I apologize for the apparent grave robbing, but I would encourage everyone to participate in the above mentioned thread, particularly if your desire is to keep the Galactic Empire alive.

Phooey, I expected as much... I will of course considder your offer. I've been meaning to start up a new game too. Especially with Dark Avatar on the horizon. I can't wait.   

No need to apologize. The Galactic Empire has been in the midst of its final throughs for some time now. At this point I am unsure if the old GE can be revived. As far as I know everyone except you and I are either inactive or have left by this point. I, as well, am considering moving on. It may be time to just let her go. We don't necessarily have to, as there is always hope, but it does look pretty grim.

I whole-heartedly agree with you. It looks grim though. Maybe we can scoop up some new active from the DA release. If not I really can't say much for the GE's future.
