If this is an inappropriate question for the GalCiv2 boards I apologize, but I figured I'd try here before elsewhere.

Alright, recently I wiped my computer and reinstalled everything. However, when I attempt to install GalCiv2, an odd thing occurs. I install Stardock Central (which goes perfectly fine, by the way), and start installing GalCiv2. It will cache and download the files, like it always does... but when it's finished, it caches and downloads again... then caches and downloads again... and it does this for five or six times before finally telling me that there has been a problem installing GC2. I have attempted restarting my system as well as uninstalling/reinstalling Stardock Central to no avail, and I am starting to get quite frustrated.

Is there anyone else having similar problems like this, or does anyone know what the hell could be happening here?
