Where is my serial number?

My jewel case is entirely clear and I didn't see anything fall out when I opened it up? Where is my serial number? I've typed in everything on my box and nothing matches as a serial number?

mine is printed on the cd front, the one that is in the drive when you need the number....

yes same here, it's the only (minor) beef I have with it, but I guess that's not stardock's doing right?

oh and if you got the euro version you may have to update your serial

So I received some email from Customer support that said the following:


Hello,

To issue you a product key, we will need you to do the following:

1. Create a Stardock.net account at https://www.stardock.com/sdnet_login.asp
(If you create this under another email address, please let us know that email address)

2. From within the GalCiv2 manual, type the word on the 21st page, 4th line and 4th word. (titles included)

I did what Travis asked, but haven't heard a response yet?  I obviously opened a Stardock account.  I sent him the word he asked for, but don't understand why I haven't heard anything for days?  Was I supposed to type that word somewhere on Stardock?  Don't see where if I was supposed to?  Anyone else go through this?
