I've been having a problem since I upgraded to 1.1 where the game will spontaniously freeze. To solve this problem, I can sometimes ALT-Tab out and then click on GalCiv in the taskbar. This doesn't always work however; sometimes my comptuer will just freeze up completely. I can tell when it's frozen because I have a second monitor and it will say that it is not receiving a signal. Additionally, last time I played the game when ALT-Tabbed, a window had popped up saying that my display device had stopped responding and told me to shut down. My driver is updated, please don't tell me to update it. I know my sound card driver is a little old, but it's the latest version, there's nothing special about it.
