Ok, this one was weird. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary before this bug arose. I researched "Concepts Of Malice", then researched "Zero G Sports Arena", and started researching the final Moral/Happiness upgrade. My constructor might have gotten to the moral base im not for sure though.

I had over 20,000 in the bank, and averaging around 800+ money per turn before this happend. The sliders are in the same place as when it happend also so you can see that in the screen shot.

Ok, I know that my previous researches unlocked different tile upgrades/buildings but I really don't have that many happiness boosting tiles. And I didn't build anything on any open tiles before this happend. I do have around 50 colonies give or take a few.

Any ideas or guesses on why this happend?
