So instead of only being able to control Social, Military and Research from a global perspective, we should be able to turn these to what we want exactly per colony. Having a focus button is great, but why isn't there a slider like on the domestic screen? This is very irritating when you have a Research colony, but with a factory for upgrading and general building. When it isn't doing any Social or Military, the money is wasted, but in real life, you would just shut down the factory and it wouldn't cost you anything (or a minimal amount). This question/post has probably been said before, so no flames thanks.
