Game Saves and Anomalies

Hello,

I have the latest official release GalCiv2_10X_BonusPack_030806.exe installed. The bugs I experience are:

Anomalies disapear after saves and then reloading the game (sometimes). This espically occurs in Quicksave games. Don't know how to make it happen, it just happens and annoys the crap out of me.

Reloading save and pressing turn nothing gets built? The first turn is skipped in construction. I mean if a ship has one turn left and this is after reloading the game then the ship is not constructed after one turn... it is tough a single turn is missed.

On a side note can some please look into the account problem I am having at stardock and trying to get the latest Beta version.

Ok, we all know about the save reload. It will eventually be fixed.

Anomalies, I'm not sure about, but I haven't noticed it so it might have been fixed 1.1

And as for account, (and your other post), first remember nothing shows up until bumped, and only stardock can fix.

Actualy, i read soemwere that the save-reload thign is deliberate. Why? To keep you from saving and reloading every single turn till you get whatever you want.

My guess is that his post was intended for stardock employees, not for you. Unless you have the ability to fix accounts.

Yet, we can cheat and mod until we get whatever we want. My guess is that it's a bug, regardless of what is said.

The save reload had better be a bug!!! (As a retired Software engineer, I would say it is a serious problem, your save files should never be corrupted). The only time I reload is when the game itself crashes. We should not be penalized for a problem the game creates.

There's a thread about it (Link). No one from Stardock has acknowledged it so far. Please keep the reports and exploiting possibilities coming
