Nano Recorders and Galactic Monument?

So I just bought the game, and I am loving it. Much like GalCiv1 though the tech tree is a little confusing at first. So I downloaded "Galactopedia".

Very Handy, but... I ran across 2 item in Galactopedia that are not in the game. Namely the Nano Recorders Trade Good and the Galactic Monument Achievement. Nano Recorder supposedly comes from Sensor 3 and give 10% Research Bonus, and Galactic Monument comes from Star Federation and give 33% influence and 10% economy.

Were these two items removed? Are they new items in an upcoming patch? I searched the forums and google and found nothing about it.

Sensor 3 is galactic guide book, I think it's the same thing. Dunno about monument, maybe it's political capital.

I'm pretty sure I saw them in the PlanetImprovements.xml file. I'm at work so I coudn't tell you what the requirements are.

Neither of those are in the Wiki either.

Sensors III gives you the ability to build the galactic achievment "Galactic Guide Book", but it's not a trade good and it sort of worthless on most map sizes since it usually comes after all the anomalies are gone.

The closest thing I could find to Galactic Monument is the Galactic Showcase which requires Expert Diplomacy to build and gives a 25% Diplomacy boost.

There are some other weirdnesses, like the 'Dynamic Shields' and 'Dynamic Shielding' shield components, both of which exist in the files but only the former exists in the game. This was true in beta 3, not sure about 4.

Hyper computers are availabel very LATE in game....with the aerlon missile defense tech...at the very END of the missile defense tech branch
