Greetings everyone.
My goal is to create a scenario where all players start with all technologies and a large amount of money. However, I want to have the ability to select which race I'm playing from game to game, and I want to be able to customize each race like you can in a normal game.
Is this possible?
I can't seem to find a way to do it with a regular scenario file... is there a setting I can change which will give me the same options as a normal game, but let everyone start with all techs and a larger amount of money?
Any help would be appreciated.
