Metaverse error (11)

Hmmm.

Tried the Metaverse for the first time in Gal Civ II. After playing a game, got the Metaverse error (11) ..

Rejected because application serial number does not match serial number on the Metaverse server.

or some text very similar to that.

Any ideas?

If you have SDC. Go to tools and click look-up serial number. SD will e-mail you your SN. Make sure the SN they send you is the same as in your character. I'll bet it's not.
