For some bizarre reason, I can't get the Collector's Edition material. I've downloaded the update to unlock the stuff, my edition is EU collectors and the programme runs fine, saying it's unlocked everything. However, I can't seem to get any of the CE stuff (no clearly marked ship parts for example) and it doesn't seem to be working.

My computer is well above spec for this game, but is behind a school proxy and firewall so direct internet access is a no-no.

I like it so much though...it's a great game.

Can anyone help?
