How do reset the previous custom changes settings when selecting a race?

How do you reset the previous custom settings used for a race? Drives me to no end how the game as to hardcodly save the previous settings as it only end up ignoring the racecfg.xml and not use any changes made in it. Same goes for the customrace selection...does this for all of them. Remove the stupid hardcode limits and pre-ordered hierarchies in the next patch or so Stardock.

Go to My Documents/My Games/Gal Civ 2/ and delete the CurrentCustomRaceX.raceconfig files.

Hopefully Stardock will add an option within the game to reset the races rather then forcing us to delete config files.

Then again we have already have a lot of those.

If you look at the bottom of the abilities you will see a reset button. It will clear the abilities of the race and let you choose what you want for the custom race. D0on't forget to save the race. You can check this by starting a game and pressing the button that looks like a graph at the bottom of the screen. Note: you will always have a social and production value.
