If I have more than 3 or 4 waypoints the scroll bar wont move. to let me select them. they also dont show up on the map that pops up if they are supposed to.

If you delete a custom built ship from the list and then go to the gov panel to issue build orders its still there.

If you "upgrade" a custom built ship from then both the old and new versions are there in the gov build order panel with no distinction which is which.

Sometimes when you issue orders to build something and then click the confirm button....the orders are not updated in the panel nor on the planets .....this happens ESP if you are currently building something then delete/obsolete that ship or upgrade it in the middle of building. the gov panel wont let you clear it out OR change to build something else.......you have to go to each planet and clear it out.
