GalCiv2Account issue not able to download the game.

I have mailed off my GalCiv2 account issue email but I have yet to get a response and it has been almost 4 days now.

If anyone from Stardock can help me my ticket ID is BIF-699240
I followed the instructions in this Sticky thread thus far but it has been 4 days since I made my purchase. https://forums.galciv2.com/?ForumID=274&AID=101795
I just need me accounts merged apparently.
