ideological war scenario best solution to prevent AI tech trade

i have just finished the ideological war scenario and it's the best solution to prevent ai tech trade.in the scenario u can anyway tech trade with ur allies and AI too but at least there are 3 factions with different techs and not all races with all the same techs. i suggest to play this scenario if u are tired of AI tech trade
