What it says. Its so annoying since usually I only use 2 out of say 8 planets and when all of a sudden the other 6 build my new design my economy plummets... simply because its using the money. So everytime i design a new ship i have to unbuild it? give me a break. Has anyone else found this feature useful when you could just do it in the governers menu?
I dunno how many times its happened to anyone else but i'll assume its happened to everyone. Situation, you have multiple ships/fleets that you want to move. You select one fleet move it 3/10 of its points, then you click on fleet 2 and move it to point B....... Fleet one uses its remaining points to try to move to point B, fleet B moves also to point B... WTF is this JUNK! NO ONE SAID I WANTED TO SELECT MORE THAN 1 FLEET! t
My settings small-med 9 intelligent AI's Now we all start off with 1 star system (on a small) 1 lvl10planet + lvl 4planet. I build a fleet and planet invasion and take over a neighbor or 2. I find out they have just as many or more ships, some that out tech me though, however with attacker initiative and straight attack ships (enough to outdo any defence maybe some starbases). After which i set only 2 planets to ship making, the rest research

Personally I prefer to play with whatever the default settings whatever they are and tiny/small/med galaxy 9 intelligent opponents with unknown junk my civ is either all production or all econ with full morale boost. Now all you have to do is ignore everyone colonize many worlds, research planet takeover pic a specific weapon get a bit of speed and logistics and easy victory...
