Hi Many thanks for the prompt response. Ive managed to sort it out myself. There was a .txt file in my game folder that had reset my password at some point, I used that and its all ok now. Hi can some one help me. I`ve just updated Gal Civ to version 1.1 and although I`ve put in the correct serial number and originally reistered the game when I first puchased it I keep getting `Error activating the product` message and now cant play !!!! Any ideas? Help !! dying to play again.
