Help.!!

Hi can some one help me.
I`ve just updated Gal Civ to version 1.1 and although I`ve put in the correct serial number and originally reistered the game when I first puchased it I keep getting `Error activating the product` message and now cant play !!!!
Any ideas? Help !! dying to play again.

Are you upgrading from a boxed copy, or from a downloaded version?

I've sent out an email to the appropriate support guys...hopefully they'll get back with me ASAP.

Hi Many thanks for the prompt response. Ive managed to sort it out myself. There was a .txt file in my game folder that had reset my password at some point, I used that and its all ok now. Many thanks ..now I`m off to play ( Got some quality time this week.!) Cheers
