Stardock Forumsi have same problem and havent got a respound from any where yet , everyone is too busy playing the dam game

downloaded remaining files , launched game , sound playing in intro movie , once in a game no sound , pc has sound everywhere but in galciv2 ... checked audio settings (duh) and everything looks fine , increased the volume and still nothing .... plz help ! thanks for any info or advice
