If you have low priority question to SDC be prepared to wait. The first desperate cry for help was weeks ago I still haven't go an answer yet (except for the classical: "This is a low priority question").In other words they hint broadly that you might want to read the FAQ. But the last email with an inane (if serous) question I got an answer within three hours... Best of luck!
