Please help me with my order!

I was preordering galciv2 off the stardock store and my PC crashed just after i payed with paypal. So i havent been sent the email with a code to download the game. What can i do?

Hmm try this: start stardock central. go to tools and select lookup serial number. this should send you galciv2 reg. code

I had a very quick reply for another kind of problem a week ago or so. They should be able to tell you if your order was regeistered or not.

If you have low priority question to SDC be prepared to wait. The first desperate cry for help was weeks ago I still haven't go an answer yet (except for the classical: "This is a low priority question").In other words they hint broadly that you might want to read the FAQ. But the last email with an inane (if serous) question I got an answer within three hours... Best of luck!

I did not receive my pre-order email with serial either. But I got a response yesterday for a n email I sent friday of last week. Before receiving a response to an email I sent back, I signed up to these forums, and found a button where I could request serials, which I did and I received them. I then DLed Stardock Central and then continued to DL Gal Civ II. Now just waiting for the game to come online...
