I will be direct - using copy protection doest NOT generate more sales for simple reason that the people that do not want to buy will find a crack anyway. On the other hand (besides may be GalCiv 2 case where some users bought the game to prove that point) removing copy protection does not either hurt or generate more sales. All it does is just more convinient and generates less anger towards the gamemaker so may be in future it does generates more sales for that c

Right decission , The ship design is nice but I want to play strategic game , if I only wanted to draw new ships I woul use 3D Max instead.
If you look on it it's really minor but it's very annoying : - Once you selected colors for your race sometimes one of the AI oponents selects same colors. So this is very annoying especially looking on influence map.
It all comes to one thing Fragboy would not like - we want tactical combat But as idea it is , I think while it sounds nice it does not see how it fits current combat model. I like the idea atacker having adventage only at first shot more.
I like the idea of small expansions too, but "visuals" - no way, I want to play a strategic game, not to view ships.

I have problem with the fact that you can build only latest hings on free tiles. Here the situation - you conqured the planet and during the attack destroyed all Factories, no let's say you have "Industrial Sector" tech, how long do you think it will take to build one first "Industrial Sector" from nothing ? And it's rather hard to buy it too , usualy >4,000 "credits".

Wow, that's really lame (and I'm not talking about the bug) Well sometimes when playing in a huge galaxi you miss some things , like moved a fleet from the planet and forgot to return or missed enemy fleet aproaching while you have your way stronger it takes out your economycs base etc... Don't get me wrong I LOVE this game but after 1.1 I expected some things to get better. Here the small list of things I expirienced so far in ONE game !!! (huge galaxy) : 1. Agree, but only if you spy on the participants. I mean we get "made piece" messages but why not about starting a war ? I mean it could be even better, if your spy level with this civ is low , just give "started war with someone" message, if high then tell with who. Also with very high spy level it could be nice to know who started the war.
Not so sure, I have simular effect (also with Yor btw) playing 1.1 BETA 2 and this was supposed to be fixed there.
