My notes on observations. Economy needs to be balanced better. 1) Ship maintenance is too high i think. It is almost impossible to even have a defender on every world, let alone a warfleet. This could be one of the BIG reasosn why the AI basically does nothing. They defend all of their worlds and therefore have little income as a result. 2) It is difficult to stay in the green without taking economincs +30 and choosing a Federalist government...E

Ok. I just ran into this one. I had an event take place where a minor race showed up. They took over two of my worlds. My problem is that for some bizarre reason my ship yard took a big hit. I lost all of my current designs for warships forcing me to rebuild them all.

I don't get why minor races are so restricted. They should be allowed to do things just like anybody else does. What they do isn't much really. Not in Twilight anyways. I have played many games for extreme lengths of time. Had minors pop up in areas that i can seal off basically. They will NEVER colonize an open world even if it is in their home system. They have never sent me a trade ship even. They don't build starbases or even mine asteroids. It is a space fairing race right? Yeah,
