In the latest game that I played I played as the krynn and traded for space weapons. In this game I was not allowd to build battlestations or any other starbase defences. I had it hapen once before as the thalun. I will send the game save. Kevin Lorenz
When I rush an item like a factory that is second or later item in the que, the cost to rush it is reduced by the amount of production put in the first item in the que without reducing the amount put into the first item. I can be working on diplomatic translators and rush a facory for a small figure 90 credits. Kevin lorenz

I have a few points that I would like to make. I like the idea of minors being able to colonize their own system. This should carry over to other systems if another race gives them a planet in another system. With the latest patch its hard to tell what resource is in a starbase. Could there be an option to go back to the old look. I would like to see brand new tech's that only show up to research if you have two race specific tech's from two different races.
Sometimes when I play the map starts scrolling in a uncontrolled way. I can't stop the scrolling at that point except by grabing a ship and actively holding the map in place. Just reloading the game does not get rid of it. The problem will go away if I reload the game after restarting the galciv program. Kevin Lorenz

My new game I'm playing as the thalans and doing quite well on the economy. I get 93 a turn for some of the trade routes. A key is having economic starbases with trade bonuses on them. Kevin
What I would like to see with the new tech tree's is tech's that can only be researched if a couple of tradable tech's from different races were known by one race. Kevin
I would like it that when you do soil enrichment and the like that there would be a chance for a new planetary tile bonus to show up on the newly usable planet tile.

When I play Dark avatar after a planet has finished its production I will select a planet to look at its production. If a planet has switched sides that turn that other new planet will come up if I ckick on a planet square. Kevin

In the latest beta I have not hade an event occur while founding a colony for my first 7 colony's I founded. Before I remember getting an event when founding a colony. Is this a planed change. I did get a event that affected the whole empire once. It did not occur while founding the colony. Kevin
