You can't blame me for trying If you have no social project being built, the hammers pay for the maintainance costs on the planet. (At least giving you back some of the BC's that are being lost ) Also, it makes sense.

perhaps if you are at war, people turn off there lights for security reasons.
After you researched something, if you are in catagory panel, its not sorted correctly.
Someone correct me. Why can't I continue to build no-maintanance basic factories/research etc, after I have unlocked the next appropriate tech?

Used capacity, that has an appropriate project, draws from treasury. Unused capacity, either because globally set, or no project, merely doesn't draw from treasury. Is there supposed to music within the game? Where is it on hard drive? I looked in my GavCiv2 folder... nothing. BTW I purchased via electronic download.
Anyone have info on starbase module pre-requisites? For example, battle stations module seems to be a requirement before you can build any attack/defense modules. Also, what techs are required. Because even though tech detail says xxx module is available, it isn't if you havent researched its co-dependant tech.
