Is this path correct? It looks like it is missing the name of the mod. Actually you are right the path wasn't correct. Correct path is C:\fun\GalCiv2Ultimate\Mods\Default. I basically had the mod installed on 2 separate paths and for the last couple of hours I was modding the files in the wrong path. LOL. Of course that was the reason why it didn't work. After correcting this error I managed to get what I wanted. Big thanks for your help.

I don't anything about modding but I'd really really like to get this to work. I've downloaded Star Trek vs Star Wars mod. Thing that I have noticed is that setting a technology rate in game to very slow is still very fast on a gigantic map. So I've tried to mod the tech rate to make it slower but without success.
