Anyone? Does anyone have an ideas? I can't figure this out.

There is, but it is not very stable anymore. It should be on the forums, somewhere on the net, or in the library.

My custom race's tech tree is causing new games to crash, I've tried loading using a different tree and it loaded fine. If I use their tree it dies mid-load. Linked tech tree above, but I cannot think of what could be wrong? An XML parser found no errors in encoding, so could it be a value?
It is, heavily so.
Would it help if I posted pastebins of my GC2Types.xml and anything else?
Ok, so I tried a different style and it also did the same thing, and I could access ships from other shipstyles using the S0 prefix. I hope this does not effect other races, but I didn't test it; however I will be later.
So, I made a custom race and it is using the Yor ship style, but all the default ships lack functional modules, they only use dummy modules. Is this a known issue or just on my end?
Well, that is sad. I'd be over there on the GCIII community with you all, but I lack the $50 minimum to get founder status, and even if I had that I still lack the $800 machine to run the alphas/betas. Without those there is basically no point in going to the GCIII site just to get my hopes up. Oh well, I'm going down with this sinking ship.
You know, I think I'm using 3.51 and I have encountered COUNTLESS ToDo:Displayname techs. Am I to understand that this mod is basically dead? Also, I've come to realize that there are a lot of dead references, missing modules/parts and structures. I hope Tol comes back soon. Or that the GCII community won't die just because EVERYONE but me bought GCIII founder status.
I feel angry now. I've waited....hmm...I cannot remember how long, for GCIII, and now to find out it will REQUIRE DX 10/11 and 64x, right as I think about migrating to a linux system on an ancient PC that barely runs GCIIUE? I'm sorry guys, but its possible you'll not get a purchase from me again for a long, LONG time. though one tip: DO NOT go with any DRM(aside from steam, as people can get over that), as that is the

More moddable content, including custom UIs. External editors like with GCIIUE* *An external race editor A default tech tree viewer that is on the main menu, for debugging mods without launching a new game. and stuff from this thread not already mentioned here: https://forums.galciv2.com/447099/
Well, what language is it in right now? Also there should be an English patch laying about somewhere. EDIT: Read Austria wrong, so I assume its in German. If you system is set to english by default then it should have picked that up. Kryo correct me if I'm wrong please.
I've used it, it works. though as it did say, it is mostly visual.

Yes, but with less than 2Gbs of RAM, and a 1Ghz processor, Steam eats my system alive.
Steam is not as bad as you all think. as it is, I bypass it everytime I play it.
[quote who="MarvinKosh" reply="8" id="3397843"] I'm really not wild about Steam but so long as it is around to stay, you may as well bombard Balbe with suggestions to improve the sucker. 1. I'm no help here, wait for a SD official. 2. Domestic and Foreign Policy? I've never seen those. 3. you should have at least one circular, orange hammer icon at the top center-ish area, if not nothing will ever build. 4. None so far.

And if you had any brains: never get the toolbar in the first place. And use FF or PM. Honestly, after I started with FF in...gah...when was it...v0.13-ish, all my toolbar and spam issues went away.
