[/quote] Judging by my own experience with "Endless Universe" it seems the game is completely unsupported at the moment. I bought EU almost 1 week ago and still I cannot update it (the game doesn't even appear in Impulse's list of supported games). No word of help from Support. Very disappointing.

Yea, GalCiv is also the reason why I install my eComStation from time to time (I switched to Linux some time ago). It's always nice to see how the operating system's multitasking capability handles "huge" universes (i.e. much better, compared with WinDOS). The patches in the list should work, good luck.
