Got myself to contact support.... Sent e-mail. Got ticket. The ticket (BVP-947450) was deleted in 4 hours - no mail reply, no answer via esupport. Asked about this in mail with Subj as TicketID - got another ticket.... Waiting for this ticket to be also deleted) Dissapointing.... Udate (2 hours estim.) Dave Marquis answered and was also surprised about missing ticket. Working on it.
I have bought GalCiv2:TA from 1C/Snowball (Russia) . Original English version with Internal code with which I have registered a snowball acoount and recieved registration for GalCiv2 on stardock. As I understood it's a retail version. I have updated it to v1.96 by stardock Central Application but when I heard of update to v.2.0 and didn't see it in SDC I have installed Impulse. Now I have GalCiv2:TA in v. 2.00.028,
My Impulse says that my GalCivII-Dreadlords and GalCivII-Dark Avatar are ready for update (updates available), but I could only update Twilight. Serial registered to GCII:TA. When I try to update DL and DA it asks for serial but I don't have one. Is this normal?
For those who cannot use Windows Update service try to find a standalone version of kb 931125 update (rootsupd.exe) and execute it. Or you can ask your friends to download it for you - its only 300k in size =)

Can me tell anyone, why the ascension victory doesn't affect the W number in my account's stats? I really planned my strategy to win only by researching ascension crystalls, but realized that its not a win for metaverse system(((
