I guess i'm a little late to the conversation. I agree with councilor qrtxian in almost all points. Every trade option seems alright. The trade options with the Iconians seem resonable. Other than this i do not see what more can i add. (Wow , an underwhelming return XD)

OMG. First of all i want to say how sorry i am to have left without saying anything. I went for a 1 month vacation where i thought i would have internet, i didnt. I feel bad about this but i think this party has no purpose anymore, i think all the councilors are pretty much on the same page. So i was thinking on declaring a dormant status on the party until some megalomaniacal bully wants to mess with the prosperity of the initiative. I want to hear what you guys think though?, do you think i should still make reports each time a new ballot comes in?

When the time comes and full scale develpment of planets start, i would like to present a plan for develpment, but for now i would like to clarify my postion on trade centers on all colonies. I do understand we don't want trade centers on planets of very low quality, but this is how i see things. In the end i think the council is going to be the one putting the big mayority of the ideas in the ballot, so i think a small summary (maybe a little bigguer than the last one) is necesary but not mandatory.

Sorry that i didn't speak before about this issue councilors but counting or recording the "FOR" votes only on the bills is not a good practice. There is one single problem that makes this system useless. How can we differentiate people that didn't vote for the bill, from people that were afk during the voting process?t. If you want to vote against, the councilor just needs to do nothing. Than how can we diferentiate those councilors from people that simply wasen't here.</p
