Thank you for your replies. Can I just clarify: do I offer the planets to the minor race who the splinter group come from or do the splinter group from the minor race appear on the on the diplomatic contact window?
I keep getting a event sequence telling me that a splinter group from a minor race has stolen a major races techs and I can trade a solar system for these techs. But, for the life of me, I can't find how you'd make this deal and my game play is limited to tech research rather than the more fun aspects of mixing it the heat of battles! Can anyone help me. </
