4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42 ... Wait, and 108. There's something significant about that one too. ... No, actually, I'm not a fan. I don't care that much. It was them! They did it, not me! Quit repeating them over and over!

Hmm... yeah I forgot that not everyone uses a flat rate/unlimited bandwidth plan. My mistake.
Hey Sole Soul, thanks for the *.zip link for all of us whiners. You get karma for that! I have to say though, this *.zip versus *.rar debate is rather silly, at least for this particular example. By placing it in an *.rar archive, you've limited its usefulness, because it is guaranteed that someone won't be able to open it - and it was done for a whopping 1.2 MB. I have to ask, is it really worth it?
I don't like WinRAR or any of those compression tools, and I don't want any of them on my computer, thank you. It really irritates me when something this useful comes out, something I'd like to use, and it's in an *.rar archive. Please, give us a *.zip option. By the way, that tech tree viewer will be amazing. I sure get tired of opening up GalCiv2 just to look at my tech tree.
Your stories are old. [e digicons]:hrmph:[/e]

*Smacks the Universal Translator* Piece of crap. Thank goodness for that extended warranty.
*Turns on the Universal Translator* Say again?
Sounds like a nice rig. [e digicons][/e] I myself will always stick with a PC, 'cuz I can't stand the way the cursor works in OS X. I mean, the mouse is supposed to be a precision instrument, but they made it so that it's virtually impossible to move it a small amount (move the mouse a lot, it's fine, but move the mouse a little, the cursor doesn't move). They killed precision for a nice, smoothly moving cursor, and I hate it. Although it might jus
Wait, GoaFan already did that.
Hey, they nearly killed Trogdor though! You can't do that! Nooooooo! I totally want to kick your butt in SSBB now. [e digicons]}:)[/e]
Oh sure, if you're an extortionist, people will hate you, but as long as your military rating is higher than theirs they probably won't declare war on you. You can theoretically extort anything you'd like, however the better the thing you're after, the bigger military you'll need to make 'em subversive. How much money you can extort depends on the size of your military compared to theirs, and on your diplomacy level as well. Another way to use Super Dominator is to declare
Yeah, if the improvement made a ton of Chuck Norris clones, it would have to give ya like a +300% soldiering bonus. [e digicons][/e]
Trodgor, unbeknownst to Darth Caedus, miraculously survives and crawls away into a cave to hide. IQofSpam, disappointed at by Trogdor's defeat, uses his Wii controller to pull all of the Super Smash Bros. characters into the real world, hoping they can fare better. King Dedede summons half a million Goombas to join them in their fight, and they march off to avenge Trogdor. On the way, Mario teaches all of the Goombas how to shoot fireballs, overcoming his desire
*Grabs a Wii controller and hacks it to control cyberspace, then maliciously releases TROGDOR into the world! The might of the ninjas and Sith is nothing before the fearsome power of the BURNINATOR!!! *TROGDOR flies in and pummels Samurye in the face with his Burly Fist of Doom, then uses him for the meat on a to
That's funny, I largely feel the same way - only I don't think there is anything we can do to stop climate change or create it. We're so focused on CO2, when water and methane also provide huge greenhouse effects (especially water, it is about 75% of the atmosphere's total greenhouse gases). I suggest we find a way to suck water out of the air. That would also have another benefit - summers around my house wouldn't be so freaking humid and unbearable. I'm arguing m
Jonnan, you have a premise of your own. Your premise is that the scientific community's consensus is king. Sorry, no - I do not accept that premise. If you want me to believe something, you've got to show me why you believe it. Believing something is true just because the majority says it is makes you gullible, not smart, which if you recall I have said before. The very fact that you would use that argument proves that you are one of ma
How do you know he's a reverse vampire? And if he is a reverse vampire, then he can go out under the light of the sun or moon.
Yeah, I noticed this myself awhile ago, I figured I've been active enough here to make it worthwhile to give myself an avatar. I hope it will be fixed sooner than later.
^^ [e digicons][/e] I know I've heard that before, but I can't remember where it is from...
That's right! He'll bite your head off! The little vicious beast with the sharp pointy teeth would be better. If only the Holy Hand Grenade hadn't gotten it first...
Hey Sotik, if you have a link or two that would, well, 'verify' your claim, I would be very interested in seeing them. As it is, I'm not sure that there is enough water in the ice caps to cool the oceans that much. It is an interesting argument though, I haven't heard it before.
This is why people say that you pretty much have no choice but to max out your morale and economic passive bonuses when setting up your race. I'm surprised to hear you have this issue even with the Korx though. I would check the population of your planets. How large are they? Generally about 16-20 billion is as high as you want to go for a civilization capital, and 12-16 billion for others, because planets suffer huge morale penalties for 'overcrowding'. For in

Thank you Sole Soul, I'm glad I don't have to clarify that myself. It gets tiring fending off people who do nothing more than nitpick minor details, like earlier. I would think that people would know that to win a debate, you have to present your own evidence as well as discredit that of your opponent. I commend you for presenting tons of irrelevant information though. As for using websites instead of books and generally more authoritative sources, I am no
