I thought that these techs cannot be traded? Is is possible to steal them? (By conquering a planet - or maybe via spys?)

hmmm, ok. The did no thought about the running costs. The bio-modulator adds 3 to the planet's quality? I thought the weather control thingy does that. I'll check that! Thank you!
Some races can built 10% industry bonus buildings. Does anybody use these buildings? 10% is not very much... A normal factory is better unless you have more than 10... :( Why are the bonusses that low?
I figured out how this has happened. Race selection. - choose any race and set relations to TEAM. - choose RANDOMIZE opponents and The race that comes to the slot where you set the relations to "TEAM" will become your TEAM partner.
I know, that I can customize the starting relations with every race. I did not do that. I started the game with 9 random races. This error was reproduceable. I restarted a game with the very same settings and I got a new team partner. First - Torian, after tha Drengin.
I just started a game with the krynn in a tiny universe. The whole map was green - torian... Why did they control the whole universe?This happened on the very first turn and it stayed for several rounds. I quit this game and started a new one - now the torian were not there or did not control the whole universe... Strange... Does anybody have an idea why this happened?
I've just started a new game in a tiny universe. I had contact to one other race, our relations were "TEAM". I did not talk to them, I did not have a universal translator, I did not play a scenario... Is this a bug? (I started some other games on a tiny map - every time a saw i TEAM partner in the forein politics screen)

The Yor invaded one of my plates during my last game. Our relations were "warm" and they did not declare war. Neither before the raid nor after it. Do I have to declare war on my own? In all of my other games the enemy declared war to me, or the war was automatically declared... This happened during a challenging game with the krynn, beta 96b006
Unfortunately I do not know how to downgrade. Where is this option in stardock central? @Moosetek13: I do not load a game.The game crashes when I try to create a new one.
I've already sent a bug report to stardock.com. I do just want to ask if this is a common problem. I cannot start any games since the last beta update. (to 0.96a[b].006) I can choose my galaxy, my race, my polititcal alignment, my opponents. It crashes when the loading screen appears... I use win vista.
The dread loads came to the galaxy. A megaevent? The very first thing they did was to contact me and offer peace. I could trade nearly all of their technologys - just for a peace treaty. (Or just a shitload of money) That does not sound like a mega event... Why do they talk to me at all? (I used the beta 0.96a.004) I played with terrans, difficulty: challengeing
