I just received, installed and updated to 1.4 (german) galcivII dread lords, and after some trying around and figuring out the controls, i decided i want to play a faction heavily using trade to their benefit. i went into the start new game/select a race screen and chose the drath. on the next customization screen i found out, that you can reset the distributed points and so have 10 again, with some core abilities remaining untouched, amongst them +25 diplomacy, +50 spying etc. i wa
