vaguely heard something along these lines, but also heard that no mod was possible, so not sure....essentially if you add any extra ship components then I believe that particular mod will not work with metaverse

I find that its always better to be attacking than defending, and most of my battles are me attacking the enemy at my choosing ( fast ships). I also try to minimize the damage I take, I don't have first strike ability in game I'm playing, so I do work up defenses to whatever their attack is and use only ships against weapons that use that damage type... most of my ships survive because of my strategy, and working up defense tech is part of my strategy. The drath started off quite powerful in terms of planets and influence, so I declared war on the altarrians and immediately got into war with the drath and Torrians, or whoever you spell them. actually I killed the altarians as the first race to die, while I was fighting 2 other races, one of them being the torrians...who I recently completely wiped out... seems I attacked the altarrians and two other races that I was neighboring with declared war on me, only reason I ended the war with the two other races including the torrians was because I got free planets to declare peace, I gave them alot of peace time because I was going after the Yor, later ended up fighting the korx

game I'm playing started in gigantic map with abundant planets, and was kind of getting sick of the game, because there was like 800+ planets and I had like 300+ planets, and it was getting old. there is an option that lets you move all ships with movement left after you click turn end, so if they have any movement left after autopilot, gives you the option to finish its move....helps alot...also if you missed ships that still have movement, then you can finish thier movement with this option selected ( or turned off). if you cannot find it in the options list, I'll specify the exact one, but think its pretty obvious.... Actually, time doesn't slow down at all if I remember my physics class correctly... not on the inside, at least. From the perspective of someone outside, though, time would be steadily slowing down (and whatever you are observing becoming more and more redshifted) the close you came to the event horizon. if you put two very precise clocks together, and sync them, then put one on a plane, fly it around, the clocks will no longer be in sync when it lands.

we already know how to make artificial gravity ( at least theoretically ) by using centrifugal force.....I'd love to see us develop more in space, I think that is the next major frontier. If we used what we know about using centrifugal force, made an actual space station that had artificial gravity, and with that knowledge created a space city ( hundreds of thousands of people who live in space ), then from there we could alot easier colonize the moon and mars. Been playing alot in metaverse, and unfortunately you cannot use any mods in metaverse.. I'm playing Terran and still on my first metaverse game. you really shouldn't set up each ship as different, but set up a basic class of ship and then build many of them.... You can even use the basic designs of the computer like defenders and just upgrade them, and add your own choice weapons/defenses.... the biggest problem I find with the pre-gen ships is that they fill up the space with alot of stuff you probably don't really want on a warship. my latest game I destroyed one race, and the other two that joined got their butt kicked and gave me a bunch of planets to not wipe them off the map either (drath and torrien). um, first off you don't get the 24 production unless its a capital planet, normal production on just colony base that isn't a capitol is 12.... you should calc when fusion/anti-matter is worth it.......having asteroids you mined going to higher production center for bonus production might be better off, even if you lose some on the way there.....
