I did that - but as soon as I go back into the game and change the settings and restart the game the game wont run

My monitor died yesterday and I've replaced it with an older ADI Microscan 5P which has lower maximum resilution than the broken monitor. Now Galactic Civilisations wont run on anything other than default settings for the graphics. I've tried reinstalling and it's still happening. Any ideas?

I prefer chase cam 1 makes you feel more involved in the combat - but haven't tried many others

Is there a way of permanently deleting all the user created ships I designed to start with a fresh canvas as it where? I have a lot of old ships from when I first started playing and they keep cropping up - I am deleting them in game as I find them but it is tedious.
