Right, so I'm trying to figure out as I said how AI choose/calculates ability points. Through running test games with spys it seems even if i customize an enemy player to not allocate any of it's ability points, it still seems to make use of them ( i don't mean the very basic perks they get regardless ). Even when I do allocate points they seem to have extra perks in their abilities that don't come from their racial status or ability points i make use of( I find this out from the very beginnin
