Update: Still haven't heard back from support, still have no metaverse. Really sucks to go through this kind of stuff every time I buy a game....really making me not want to by anymore stardock games, and just stick with the great titles I have.
I used to use a different email address for my SDC stuff, but I changed it before I preordered SoaSE...when I purchased some fresh tokens the other day, the order confirmation went to the right email address...however, each game I purchased went to the old addy...now, everything's FUBARed.
