Grr. That Control N error killed my score on my last game. This is getting really annoying.

I typically judge how effective a race design is by seeing how the AI fares wtih it. I can say that I don't play anything below crippling level anymore. I typically judge the empires which can survive the longest as good designs. That said the Korath are a race I have learned to eliminate quickly if possible or to appease if I cannot. When you combine their attack bonus with the spore tech, they are a major pain to deal with. Hidar

Not sure how to get more folks involved. I think it will be very helpful to get back on the Galactic Map asap. I plan on starting another campaign later this week. I'll keep things balanced among my gholas to maximize points as well. We definitely need to get some submissions in. Hidar

I have to agree with the Kzinti. I typically consider who's suffered the most from the Jagged Knife planet grab before I revert to a saved game. If I've suffer few lossses of fodder planets then I let it play out and gobble up the JK without much worry. While I'm not a fan of this mega event, I find the event with restricts movement to 5 in much more debilitating in the long term especially on larger maps. Hidar

Good to see the Great Emperor has returned as well. I'll b4e starting another campaign soon myself. I'm still experimenting with using the Yor as my template for the Yuuzhan Vong when I play. I have a good campaign about midway through right now. I will certain be for at least 50k towards the empire. I've seen the cntrl-n error once but I just started a new game because I new it would give a pitiful score. Any word on when the new expansion will be finished and mv compatible? Master Shaper Hidar

This campaign has proven a simple exercise and me forces are moving in to destroy the last Drengin and Arcean holdouts. There are few minor races to be conquered along the way. I am bit suprised with our success given that this campaign was setting at suicidal difficulty.

With all the joy and evil scientist like myself can muster, I want to share that the suicidal campaign I just began is off to a great start. Our home world as 2 (yes 2) 700% research bonuses and a 300% research bonus to boot. normally, the biggest obstacle in a suicidal campaign is competing with the early AI empires research. Well stated King of Kittens :) Also consider introducing some gamer friends to GalCiv and asking them to join you in your campaign towards greatness.
