i need help my computer starts to play the game then it goes to a black screen and does not respond

1. Gamestop 2. it was free cause the warranty was still in effect 3. i dont know

and i dont know how to install my sound card and also like 2 months ago my entire system crashed i had to reinstall everything and it was so bad i had to call a computer fixer

i dont have a serial key thats how my game came

can anyone help me and tell me how to post the debug info

my game has downloaded properly and everything but when i start launching the game the screen turns black and stays black so i have to control alt delete and then i end the task and it says not responding can anybody help me
