If you hover your mouse over the population / treasury text in the bottom left corner of the screen, clicking on either of the popup windows takes you to the research screen, rather than more logical locations (like economy / civilization manager / etc.) Clicking on the research popup obviously takes you to the research screen as well, but I believe that is working as intended. :)

If I recall correctly, this was a bug in DL and DA, and it seems to have jumped to Arnor as well: if you have queued a number of buildings on a planet, when one finishes, often, the little green popup says that the building is complete, and that the planet is now building "nothing." Hopefully someone responds, as I'm running into the same problem. I've tried sticking to my home planet plus one other colony, and I can't even keep THOSE in the green. When I quickly expanded to 5 or 6 planets, despite my playing with the sliders and market places being built (and upgraded!), I was losing 50bc per turn.

Aha. I didn't realize I had to research anything to build them. In DL and DA, they were available right out of the gate.

I just bought Twilight of the Arnor last night, and just booted it up for the first time a few minutes ago. It's updated to the latest patch, 1.96, and I've run into a peculiar little problem: I can't build farms. They're simply not in the available projects list. I checked for the Terrans, as well as for the Korax. No farms. Who stole my farms, and how do I get them back?

I ran into the same problem. While I don't like it as much, I've just started zooming out and left-click-dragging to move around the galaxy.

Heh. I'm glad I bought the 'digital distribution' version. I haven't had issues whatsoever with it. Hope you get everything sorted, MadDjiin.
