The question we asked was, would you purchase a multiplayer only expansion pack that was $20. No manual, No way. Their no explainations of any of the workings of the game. Why don't write a manual, or online manual first you moron!!!
I found a good use for the manual. It comes real handy when you run out of toilet paper. A least Galciv wasn't a total waste of money. Almost, but not a total waste. I am sure you fanboy monkeys will disagree. There are fools all over the world. You are not alone. Hell, I actually paid money for this rubbish.
So Gav Civ has Rally points. The Manual talks about them. It's too bad it never get around to telling you how to set them. You press "t" a screen will come up. Yeah great you can't actually "do" anything form this screen. OK What's the secret code you have to use. StarDock Blows big ones.
