I've noticed a problem when configuring the races in GCII. For some reason I can't edit any of the races. I can open the text files to actually edit it, but none of my work actually shows up in the game. For instance, I was trying to give every race access to the basic military techs, (weapon theories, armor theories, invasion tachtics, bla bla bla) and I wanted to increase the logistics values for each race to make the fleet battles more "epic".
